Frank Baggett is a Tennessean born July 11, 1956, and has been a successful artist for over 30 years. His primary medium is acrylic, other mediums include oils, pastels, watercolors, colored pencil, pencil, and pen & ink. His work involves realism and his subjects include landscapes, wildlife, snowscapes, still lives, and some portraits. He has captured moments of nature on canvas, both from his personal experiences, and photography work done by his wife as well as himself. He has donated several works of art to Ducks Unlimited, and the National Wild Turkey Federation. As quoted from a New York art critic,"His life in the outdoors can be seen in his paintings with the unique "rugged" style he uses, and the brisk and quick brushstorkes in his work". Frank will be displaying and selling his artwork at several of the Wildlife Festivals throughout the country. His plein air style can be seen in many of his works which are spread all across the United States, including commissioned works and special projects such as murals in public businesses, churches, and private homes.
